The Fur-balls...

They were full of it the other night...I don't know if its the colder weather setting in or what but they were wound!!!

Chloe wouldn't keep my hands out of her mouth...Apparently she thought she was a puppy again.

Cool picture of the old man...still can't believe he is 9!

LOL

Playing frisbee in the house

He always has to carry the frisbee folded over like this.  If he picks it up and its not, he has to stop and fix it and then shake it.

They need to come up with a Pet Eye fixer

"I'm ready Mom!"

He is so viscous!!!

Especially at night, I'm so thankful for my 4 legged kids.  Its way to quiet in the house, but they stay right with me and make me feel safe :)

Legos

The girls are really into Legos right now.  Doug has quite a few boxed sets from when he was younger that they play with once in a while, as well as my set.  However, more than anything, they love the bulk sets.  There are directions of some things you can build with the set but overall its designed to just use your imagination.  They also have a couple "girly" lego sets.  They like those as well :)

Proof positive that my house is NOT always clean!

The "Dunkin' Donuts" building to the left and "McDonalds" to the right....see the yellow "M"?
They are so creative :)

The "girly" sets and the house

Marissa said I needed to take a picture of her lego dog...

...and her people

I love how they are so imaginative and creative.
I'm so blessed :)

Our new freezer

So I figured I should update on our new freezer now that its here, unloaded in the garage, and in use :)
"She" is HUGE!
(I'm not sure why almost everything that is electronic, automotive, or any appliance is a "she" in my book, but that is always what they get pegged!  LOL)

I love the storage areas in it.
I have 3 baskets on top that slide wherever I need/want them to.

And then I have 2 large end compartments, and 6 of these square type compartments.  I have room to spare in almost all my compartments with one empty even!  My butternut squash is going in there as soon as we get a good frost :)

We decided to go chest this time instead of upright because of the economical difference between the two and because if we loose power, the chest will keep things froze if left closed for up to 2 days.  That sounded good seeing our last issues that arose.  :)  My biggest fear was the ease of use part.  Everyone said that they aren't as easy because you don't have the shelves and you "loose" stuff in the chests.  Well I'm not sure if all chests have these compartment things in them, but if they do, let me tell you that my freezer has never been so organized before in my life!  I hated spending the money but this thing just might be my new best friend.
Ok, maybe that is a little far fetched...

Just for Daddy :)

The girls decided this week that the trailer was in need of some improvements.  So they grabbed their basket of chalk and went to work.  :)

They worked so hard.  I think it took them an hour and a half to do this whole thing!  I love that even though Daddy is gone all week, he is still on the girls' minds!  I'm glad to know I'm not the only one attached! ;)
