Just about my whole life I have been told I should see a chiropractor.
With all that I've put my body through, especially since I was 16, there have been times I have wanted to believe me! I've always put the breaks on though...I have never been comfortable with the thought of a male chiropractor adjusting me and have never heard of a female so I've let it go and lived with it. After living with a headache pretty much 24/7 with varying severities, I gave in and went. We have a chiropractor in Carthage who is a female and she was recommended to me!
Yesterday was my first appointment and it was amazing!
I went to bed last night with a headache, but not to the point that I usually have and I woke up this morning free of one. I've since got a small one brewing, but it might have something to do with the neck pain I have from the day after being adjusted. It's 10x's better already! She adjusted 13 of the 26 vertebrae and then gave me stretches to work on until I go back on Thursday. She stood behind me and said that my left shoulder was a good inch or more higher than my right. She actually laughed LOL. Of course I also got the posture talk, so I'm working on that as well. Hopefully this continues to help. I didn't like her talk about what the next step would be if this didn't help so I'm going to keep praying it does!

I'm glad you went! We will both get better together!
"Yay" to actually going to the chiro as I am one of 'those people' who have told you that you should, and to the exercises/stretches she gave you to do (many chiros do not do that and it's so important) and "double yay" to the talk on your posture :P <3
I can actually hear your Yays. :)
