Baby Shower part 1!

A few weeks ago we headed out Buffalo way to help Jonathan and Liz get ready for little Daniel Joseph by throwing them a baby shower!  We held it at my cousins house; it went soooo great!

"Aunti" Liz and the kiddos :)

I love this one!

My family!  Weekends like this make me wish we lived closer!  It was so great to see everyone and have so much family all in one place.

Love them! <3

Mary's handiwork

She did such a great job with these little flower pots!

She looks amazing!

Part of our gifts for Jonathan and Liz from Jeremy and Chelsea and us :)

Stay tuned tomorrow for the fun and games portion of the shower!

Bags

Here are a couple bags I made over the past month...

The first two are diaper bags for my sister-in-law who is due in July with her first baby.  She wanted a bigger one for right off and a smaller one for later :)

This one is a little girl's bag for my best friend Amanda's little girl for her 3rd birthday!

The last bag is for a friend of my Mom's who is struggling with the battle of cancer.

If anyone is interested in a personalized bag for someone they love, feel free to leave me a message and I'll get back to you to collect all the details!

Madalyn's Birthday!

My preemie is 6!  HOW is that even POSSIBLE????  Time sure does fly!
Here are some "stats" on the Birthday Girl....
She weighs 40.2 lbs and is 3ft 7 inches which is around 25% for weight and 25% for height (Once she finally got on the charts around 3, she has pretty much held steady on the 25th% mark.  She is going to take after Great Grandma and Grandma Geiger!)
Her favorite color is orange.
Her favorite food is Red Beans and Rice.
Her favorite fruit is a Watermelon.
Her favorite vegetable is Broccoli.
She wants to be a Snow Plow Driver when she grows up.
She just finished Kindergarten and did AMAZING!!!
She has a passion for others.
She definitely has some spitfire to her.
She stands up for what she wants and isn't afraid to say it like it is.  She can also be very tender hearted though and is starting to show her little mommy side.

Keeping up with tradition, our morning started out with the infamous tea party :)

Presents time!

Love the look ;)

Marissa, again reading her cards for her :)
