I'm sooo behind with this whole blogging thing!

I didn't fall off the face of the earth!  Life has just been a little crazy.
Here is a synopsis of what is going on with us in the north country.

It looks like the farm is sold.  Great news on one hand that that journey is done with.  However, in a perfect world, we were going to have another job before that time came!  We have applied to a ton of jobs, in just about every state...except Hawaii!  LOL  We are still waiting for that job that I know the Lord has for us.  Thankfully, He has given us, and especially me, a peace that I never expected.  I know that we will have our needs provided for.  I don't know what He has in store for us, but I know that together as a family, we will be just fine!  My favorite phrase to say to the kids is..."Patience is a Virtue!"  Time to take my own advice!

My good friend had her baby girl almost 3 weeks ago.  Zoe Jean is already so loved and so spoiled by all!  LOL  My girls LOVE her and were tickled to be able to spend the day with her today.  I have definitely learned not to leave Madalyn alone with Zoe unattended.  I'm pretty sure she has no concept that there is a difference between Zoe and her baby doll.

I wanted to try helping Doug out with the bills if I could a little bit.  So today, I signed up to sell Scentsy.   I have never done anything like this before, but I'm pretty excited about it!  It's a wick-less candle company with awesome scents and really nice looking burners.  If you are interested in seeing the products, check out my website!

I think that's about it...
My best friend comes home from Louisiana in a little less than 2 weeks!  I miss thema bunch and can't wait to hang out together as families again!

Best kid gadget ever!

The girls needed a new night light.  They spotted this one and fell in love.  I had my doubts but that soon changed!  This thing is the neatest ever!  It turns on automatically when its too dark.  It shines up different colors on the wall behind it.  Its really neat.  The stuff inside almost looks like they are floating. I tried to get a picture of it in use, but the flash on my camera keeps turning it off!

Girl's Night!

My friend Aubrey came to spend the night one night and brought her girls.  She taught me how to scrapbook cards.  It was a lot of fun!
The girls had a blast too!

My favorite project of all time!

My good friend is expecting and I decided that I was going to make her a diaper bag.  I was SUPER excited about this project and it turned out AWESOME!!!
Doesn't it look like a little jumper?

Now I want one!!!

If only we were kids again...

Ya know, half the time when I roll out of bed in the morning I am sore! How do kids do this???

If I slept like this I wouldn't be able to walk for a week!

Puppy update...

I'm not sure how many of you are interested, but I figured it can't hurt to post this here too!  Check out the new puppy pictures and update at The Cairn Farm

Time...

Where does all the time go in a day?  I get up around 4am every morning.  I workout and do my morning devotions before the kids get up.  Then I get them dressed, hair brushed, breakfast and teeth brushed.  I feed all the animals and then get things set up for school.  After school I clean the pups area and the cat/ferret pans.  Then I shower and get myself ready for the day.  By this point in time it is just about noon...ARE YOU SERIOUS!  I still have laundry to do, dishes to do, laundry to fold, blogs to update, kids to play with, animals to play with, dinner to make...I think I'm going to start a petition for 6 more hours a day.  I KNOW I would be able to get everything done in a day if I had 6 extra hours!  UGH, I know I'm kidding myself, I would just find more to do.  Does everyone else have this problem?  Do you all find yourself "needing" 10 mins to just sit on your can and watch TV or nap or something?  I sure hope so...misery loves company right?  LOL  Honestly I love my job and wouldn't trade it for the world.  I just need to figure out how to better manage my time!  I hope you guys all have an awesome week!  It is Doug's week off from milking so I'm hoping we get some time to spend together and possibly even have a couple over one night to play games and do dinner or something!
