...you try and make banana bread too late in the evening and fall asleep before its done baking...
Its hard and I can't even begin to tell you how the house smelled! The smell is actually what woke me up. For the life of me I can't remember if I forgot to set the timer on the oven, or if I just slept through it. Either way, so much for fresh banana bread this morning! Instead I have a loaf that is so bad I can knock on it!

...and now you probably won't be able to get past the lingering smell to get past the gushy bananas to make the banana bread in the future :)
